The owner of the Suvasocks.com website (hereinafter the Online Store) is Sockmann Group OÜ (registry code 11717422, address Harju county, Tallinn, Mustamäe district, Akadeemia tee 33, 12618, phone: 625 9024, e-mail: hello@suvasocks.com). The Online Store has the right to change the Terms of Sale at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be published on the Online Store’s website www.suvasocks.com and will take effect immediately upon publication. By using the Online Store and placing orders through it, the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of sale and privacy of the Online Store.

Validity of sales contract, product and price information

  • The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store.
  • Information about the product is presented in the Online Store directly next to the product.
  • The prices of products and additional services sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

Placing an order

  • To order the goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart, after which the required data fields must be filled in to place the order and the place of receipt of the product must be selected. The following locations are available in Estonia: DPD, Omniva and SmartPost parcel machines, Omniva and Venipak couriers; In Finland: Matkahuolto and SmartPost parcel machines; Smartpost post office; Courier and DPD courier; In the Baltics: DPD and Omniva parcel machines, Omniva and Venipak couriers; In Europe: DPD parcel machines, DHL courier; Elsewhere in the world: Omniva and DHL courier. Then the amount of the fee is displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods: Estonian bank links – Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay; Finnish banking links: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki; Latvian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor; Lithuanian banking links: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor; Visa / mastercard card payments; Paypal account. The customer will be contacted personally after placing the order and making the payment within one working day.
  • Bank links and credit card payments are provided by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. Suvasocks does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
  • The settlement currency is the Euro (€).
  • When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.
  • The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
  • If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Terms of delivery

  • The goods are shipped all over the world.
  • The delivery partners of the goods are mediated by Pakipoint OÜ.
  • Delivery points for the customer in Estonia: DPD, Omniva and SmartPost parcel machines, Omniva and Venipak couriers; In Finland: Matkahuolto and SmartPost parcel machines; Smartpost post office; Courier and DPD courier; In the Baltics: DPD and Omniva parcel machines, Omniva and Venipak couriers; In Europe: DPD parcel machines, DHL courier; Elsewhere in the world: Omniva and DHL courier.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
  • Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 4-8 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia usually takes place within 15 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

  • After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
  • In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
  • If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
  • In the event of defects in the order or in the event of quality problems, the customer support must be contacted immediately in a reproducible form (e-mail hello@suvasocks.com), describing the problem as accurately as possible and including illustrative pictures if necessary.
  • The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Online Store.
  • The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
  • Veebipood võib keelduda tagasimaksete tegemisest seni, kuni on lepingu esemeks oleva asja tagasi saanud või kuni ostja on esitanud tõendid, et on asja tagasi saatnud, sõltuvalt sellest, kumb toimub varem.
  • Kui ostja on sõnaselgelt valinud Veebipoe pakutud kõige odavamast tavapärasest asja kättetoimetamise viisist erineva kättetoimetamise viisi, ei pea Veebipood tarbijale tagastama kulu, mis ületab tavapärase kättetoimetamise viisiga seotud kulu.
  • Veebipoel on õigus taganeda müügitehingust ning nõuda ostjalt tagasi kaup, kui kauba hind veebipoes on eksituse tõttu märgitud oluliselt alla kauba turuhinna.

Pretensiooni esitamise õigus

  • Veebipood vastutab ostjale müüdud kauba lepingutingimustele mittevastavuse või puuduse eest, mis oli olemas juba asja üleandmise hetkel ning mis ilmneb kuni kahe aasta jooksul, alates kauba üleandmisest ostjale. Sellest esimese kuue kuu jooksul asja üleandmisest ostjale eeldatakse, et puudus oli olemas juba asja üleandmise ajal. Vastava eelduse ümberlükkamine on Veebipoe kohustus.
  • Ostjal on õigus puuduse ilmnemisel pöörduda hiljemalt kahe kuu jooksul veebipoe poole, saates e-kirja aadressile hello@suvasocks.com või helistada telefonil: 625 9024.
  • Veebipood ei vastuta puuduste eest, mis on tekkinud pärast kauba üleandmist ostjale.
  • Kui Veebipoest ostetud kaubal on puudused, mille eest Veebipood vastutab, parandab või asendab Veebipood puudusega kauba. Kui kaupa ei ole võimalik parandada ega asendada, tagastab Veebipood ostjale kõik müügilepinguga kaasnenud tasud.
  • Veebipood vastab tarbija esitatud kaebusele kirjalikult või kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis 15 päeva jooksul.

Otseturustus ja isikuandmete töötlemine

  • Veebipood kasutab ostja poolt sisestatud isikuandmeid (nimi, telefoninumber, aadress, e-maili aadress, pangarekvisiidid) tellimuse töötlemiseks ning kauba ostjale saatmiseks.
  • Veebipoe isikuandmete vastutav töötleja on Sockmann Group OÜ. Veebipoe maksete haldamiseks edastatakse vajalikud isikuandmed volitatud töötlejale Maksekeskus AS-le.
  • E-maili aadressi ja telefoninumbrit võidakse kasutada otseturundusteadete saatmiseks, kui klient on andnud vastava nõusoleku. Kui klient ei soovi saada otseturustusteateid, siis tuleb valida e-maili jaluses vastav viide või võtta ühendust klienditoega.
  • Veebipood saadab ostjale uudiskirju ning pakkumisi ostja e-maili aadressile ainult juhul, kui ostja on selleks avaldanud soovi sisestades veebilehel e-kirja aadressi ning andnud teada oma soovist otsepostituse teadete saamiseks.
  • Ostjal on igal ajal võimalik loobuda e-postile saadetavatest pakkumistest ja uudiskirjadest andes sellest meile teada e-kirja teel või järgides pakkumisi sisaldava e-kirjas toodud juhiseid.

Vaidluste lahendamine

  • Kui ostjal on Veebipoe osas pretensioone, tuleb need saata e-kirja aadressile hello@suvasocks.com või helistada telefonil 625 9024.
  • Kõik kliendikaebused lahendatakse koostöös kliendiga personaalselt.
  • Kui klient ja Veebipood ei suuda lahenda vaidlust kokkuleppe teel, siis on kliendil võimalik pöörduda Tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole. Samuti on kliendil õigus pöörduda Tartu Maakohtusse.
